ABOUT US
Aspa Utilities was founded in 2003 by Bertrand Dardenne.
ASPA Utilities business model is based on a strong international network of independent professionals experienced in teaming up together. This organization allows great responsiveness to address complex issues,flexible and cost-effective solutions.
In 2008, ASPA acquired SULIS (Information Systems dedicated to Utilities – France and Kenya).
SULIS was created in 2002. Its core business is the development and implementation of information systems, with a particular focus on commercial management of water and electricity companies.
The teams of SULIS (France) and its subsidiary SULIS East Africa (Kenya) developed a set of solutions called Majic ®TM which is adapted to developing utilities in particular. Majics is a comprehensive commercial management tool developed with competitive, accessible and sustainable tools (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, VB.Net), it can be easily initialized and interfaced.
BERTRAND DARDENNE
General manager and founder of ASPA-Utilities, Bertrand Dardenne (born in 1958) is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, with M.Sc. in hydraulic engineering (Génie Rural, Eaux et Forêts) and Ph.D. in Development Economics (Sorbonne University). His experience prior to ASPA includes management assignments in water utilities and engineering firms. He specializes in institutional, financial and economic issues regarding public services.
GERARD PETROUTCHOUK
Gérard Petroutchouk (born in 1953) is a graduate in Business Administration and Information Engineering.
His main fields of experience are related to organization and procedures in utilities, as well as design and implementation of information systems.
He is in charge of ASPA’s information solutions.
